Job Purpose ·Responsible for managing tenders, proposals, quotations, bid documentation, technical-commercial submissions, customer compliance requirements, and supporting business growth through successful order acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and monitor tender opportunities from customer portals, GEM and govt platforms.
· Review RFQ, RFP and tender documents and evaluate technical and commercial requirements.
· Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, deviation statements and commercial quotations.
· Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance teams for bid preparation.
· Develop BOMs, costing sheets and solution descriptions for customer submissions.
· Manage complete tender submission process within timelines.
· Maintain repository of certifications, company profiles, datasheets and reference documents.
· Handle customer clarifications,



bid negotiations and post-submission follow-up.
· Support order handover to project and production teams after award.
· Maintain tender MIS, win-loss analysis and proposal tracking dashboards.

Documentation Management
· Control bid documents, revisions and submission records.
· Prepare technical documentation packages and compliance records.
· Ensure document accuracy, traceability and audit readiness.
