Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and disciplined Security Chief to lead and manage the overall security operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should be an Ex-Serviceman with 10+ years of industrial security experience, capable of ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and company premises while maintaining high standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the plant security team and contract security personnel.
- Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor plant entry/exit systems, visitor management, and access control measures.
- Conduct security inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, accidents, and policy violations.
- Coordinate emergency response activities and crisis management plans.
- Ensure proper surveillance through CCTV systems and security equipment.
- Liaise with local police, government authorities, and emergency services when required.
- Maintain security records, reports, and compliance documentation.




- Train security staff on safety, emergency response, and security procedures.
- Support management in maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Ex-Serviceman from Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary, or equivalent defense services.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial security, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, investigation, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency response.
- Ability to handle crisis situations effectively and professionally.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Ex-Serviceman certification/documentation mandatory.

Experience

- 10+ Years in Industrial Security Management.
