Job Description – Security Supervisor

Department: Security
Reports To: Security Manager / General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily security operations and deployment of security personnel.
- Monitor guest areas, employee entrances, parking, and property premises.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and resort assets.
- Conduct regular security rounds and monitor CCTV surveillance.
- Maintain entry/exit registers, visitor records, and security reports.
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and coordinate evacuation procedures when required.
- Ensure adherence to security SOPs, fire safety, and emergency protocols.
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and duty schedules.




- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth resort operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 5–6 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hotels or resorts.
- Knowledge of fire safety, CCTV operations, and emergency handling.

Key Skills: Leadership, vigilance, communication, discipline, problem-solving, emergency management, and team coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
