Job Responsibilities

Conduct daily laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.

Check Brix, pH, acidity, salt content, viscosity and other quality parameters.

Maintain laboratory testing reports, batch records and quality control registers.

Ensure product consistency, hygiene and food safety standards.

Monitor product shelf life and assist in product development.

Supervise daily production and packaging activities.

Coordinate production planning and ensure timely completion of orders.

Monitor raw material consumption, production output and wastage.

Maintain production reports and batch manufacturing records.

Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation and maintenance of production equipment.

Manage daily attendance, work allocation and labour discipline.





Supervise production and packing workers.

Monitor staff productivity and work efficiency.

Coordinate manpower requirements with management.

Ensure workers follow hygiene, safety and factory rules.

Maintain daily production, stock and quality reports.

Handle documentation, data entry and basic computer work.

Coordinate with purchase, stores, dispatch and accounts departments.

Maintain raw material, packaging material and finished goods stock records.

Provide daily operational updates to management.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
