Social Media Marketing & AI Automation Specialist

Lakes Land Immigration, a Canadian immigration consultancy, is looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing & AI Automation Specialist who can manage, grow, and automate our digital marketing activities using artificial intelligence (AI) and modern marketing platforms.

We are seeking someone who can develop an automated marketing system that consistently creates, schedules, publishes, and optimizes content across multiple social media platforms while generating quality leads for our immigration consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Social Media Automation

- Build and manage automated social media marketing workflows using AI platforms.
- Automate content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance reporting.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn.
- Use AI tools to create professional marketing posters, videos, reels, captions, and advertisements.
- Repurpose content across different social media platforms.
- Implement automated content calendars and approval workflows.

2. AI Tools & Marketing Technology

- Experience with ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, and other AI content creation tools.
- Knowledge of automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms.
- Ability to integrate social media platforms with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Implement AI-assisted chatbots and automated lead follow-up workflows.
- Monitor automation systems and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Social Media Marketing & Advertising

- Develop and execute effective social media marketing strategies.




- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Improve organic reach, engagement, followers, and lead conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to reduce cost per lead.
- Create engaging content targeting individuals interested in Canadian immigration services.

4. Lead Generation & Business Growth

- Generate qualified leads for work permits, study permits, permanent residence, Express Entry, PNP, and family sponsorship services.
- Build automated lead capture and follow-up systems.
- Integrate social media inquiries with WhatsApp Business, appointment booking systems, and CRM tools.
- Track leads, conversion rates, advertising costs, and return on investment.
- Provide weekly performance reports.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to automate social media workflows.
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with Canva, video editing, and short-form content creation.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent English communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications





- Previous experience marketing Canadian immigration, education, legal, or professional services.
- Experience developing automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Knowledge of AI chatbots, WhatsApp Business automation, and CRM integrations.
- Experience with SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and local lead generation.
- Ability to demonstrate previous successful automation projects and marketing results.
