Position- Store Manager

Salary-Rs 12K to 17K per month

Employment- Full time

Industry- Retail/Grocery

Key Responsibility:

Manage complete day to day operation at store

lead and supervise the store team

Ensure sales and customer service targets

Ensure proper receiving, stock inventory management and shrinkage

Handle customer complain and ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure proper implementation of company SOPS.

Candidates Profile:

Retail/Grocery/Supermarket experience preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Asansol, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Retail Grocery: 2 years (Required)
