Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate HVAC Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and FAPA works with the Interior Design team.
2. Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings with architectural and interior drawings.
3. Follow up with consultants and contractors for shop drawing approvals and technical clearances.
4. Ensure proper coordination of ceiling services, lighting, sprinklers, diffusers, access panels and other MEP installations.
5. Monitor site progress. material requirements and execution as per project schedule.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance with app10ved drawings.
7. Resolve site coordination issues and avoid clashes between MFP'services and interior works.
8.
Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager and site team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. 3—5 years of experience in MEP coordination, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and FAPA systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, drawing coordination and site execution. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skillk
