Job Description – Head of Operations (Pan India)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operations across all manufacturing plants and depots PAN India, ensuring operational efficiency, production excellence, safety compliance, cost optimization, and smooth plant functioning.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Oversee end-to-end operations of all manufacturing plants and depots across India.
- Manage production planning, process efficiency, quality control, and operational targets.
- Ensure plant safety, fire safety, statutory compliance, and implementation of SOPs.
- Lead plant managers, supervisors, technical teams, and operational workforce.
- Monitor plant maintenance, machinery performance, inventory, and resource utilization.
- Control operational costs, minimize downtime, and drive process improvements.




- Review plant-wise MIS, production reports, operational performance, and management updates.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering or Operations Management.
- 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Proven experience in handling multiple plants and large operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, plant safety, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in petrochemicals, chemicals, oil & gas, or process manufacturing preferred.
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across PAN India.

Key Focus: End-to-end management of PAN India manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, safety, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per hour
