Position: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
* Follow up on customer enquiries and generate leads.
* Schedule appointments for hearing evaluations.
* Coordinate with branches and audiologists.
* Support lead conversion and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Positive communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
* Confident telephone communication.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
