*Job Description*

1. Understand the clients needs and propose solutions that suits them best.

2. Drive Property Sales Through Client Meetings

3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.

4. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

5. Accompany the customer for site visits and display property to them and manage daily routine calls

6. Current lead generation for creating a pipeline of prospective customers

7. Ensures a seamless client experience from lead to closures

8. Maintain updated knowledge of competing projects and market trends

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
