IT Support Engineer – Jaipur, Rajasthan

Technical problems don’t always come with obvious answers. We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer in Jaipur who can investigate issues, help users get back on track, and keep workplace technology running reliably. This role is suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting, understands the basics of IT systems, and likes finding practical solutions rather than leaving problems unresolved.

You’ll support employees with everyday technical needs while helping maintain computers, software, networks, and other IT resources. The work combines user assistance with hands-on technical tasks, offering opportunities to build experience across different areas of IT operations.

Core Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and office peripherals.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN access, and basic network problems.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
- Assist with user accounts, password resets, permissions, and access requests.
- Record support requests, document solutions, and track unresolved technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Perform routine system checks and assist with software updates and maintenance.
- Maintain IT equipment records and help prepare devices for recent employees.
- Guide users through technical solutions in a clear and understandable way.

Technical Skills That Matter

The right candidate will have a methodical approach to troubleshooting and the patience to work through technical issues carefully.





- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and configuration.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic understanding of user access management and system security.
- Ability to diagnose problems and explain solutions clearly.
- Good communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, remote support tools, or IT ticketing systems is an advantage.

A degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant practical knowledge or hands-on troubleshooting experience are encouraged to apply.
