Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Online Sales Trainer who will be responsible for conducting classroom training sessions for Field Sales Executives. The candidate should have robust knowledge of field sales processes, sales techniques, product knowledge, and team handling.

The candidate will be responsible for training new and existing field sales employees, improving their sales skills, and ensuring they understand the company's sales processes and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training sessions for newly joined Field Sales Executives.
- Train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer handling, and field sales processes.
- Explain the roles and responsibilities of Field Sales Executives.
- Provide practical knowledge of dealer handling, distributor management, retailer engagement, and market visits.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
- Conduct role plays, mock sales calls, and practical training activities.
- Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments and feedback sessions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and identify areas where employees need improvement.




- Coordinate with the Sales and HR teams to understand training requirements.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Training or Field Sales.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom training sessions.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and team-handling skills.
- Ability to explain sales concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Automobile, Cement, Building Materials, or similar industries will be preferred.
- Candidates who have previously trained field sales teams will be given preference.
- Should be confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with large groups.
- Should be willing to travel for training sessions, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
