ROLE: FOUNDER’S OFFICE INTERN – INTERNATIONAL OUTREACH EXPANSION

Namhya foods was featured on Shark Tank India Season 1 by Founder and CEO: Ridhima Arora and is backed by Aman Gupta, co-founder of boAt.As we expand into international markets, we’re looking for a driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Founder’s Office and help build meaningful global partnerships. It’s an prospect to work closely with the Founder, explore international markets, connect with global business leaders, and contribute directly to Namhya’s expansion journey.

What You’ll Do Discover Global Opportunities:
Research international markets and identify potential distributors, importers, brokers, and strategic business partners. Build Global Connections: Reach out to decision-makers through personalized LinkedIn messages and professional emails to initiate meaningful conversations. Drive Partnerships Forward: Support lead nurturing, follow-ups, partner negotiations, and onboarding to help convert prospects into active business relationships. Own the Outreach Pipeline: Maintain organized lead databases, track conversations, monitor follow-ups, and ensure no promising opportunity slips through the cracks.



Work Directly with the Founder: Assist with day-to-day priorities, business research, strategic initiatives, and execution of high-impact projects.Work Smarter with AI: Use AI-powered tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.

You’ll be a great fit if you:Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Enjoy networking, starting conversations, and building professional relationships from scratch.Are comfortable with cold outreach, persistent follow-ups, and engaging international prospects.Are interested in global business, exports, international trade, or business development.
