JOB VACANCY – DESIGNER & BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

A leading Wholesale Ladies Kurti Shop in Ernakulam is looking for a creative and proactive Designer & Business Support Executive to join our team.

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and enquiries and develop suitable designs, patterns, and concepts accordingly.
- Coordinate with the production/unit team regarding new designs and patterns and follow up on the work.
- Share relevant fashion, design, and product knowledge with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the necessary support to contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, designs, patterns, and market preferences.
- Maintain good customer relationships and support the team in converting enquiries into business.
- Coordinate effectively with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Suggest new and creative design ideas based on customer needs and current market trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Candidates with knowledge or educational background in Fashion, Textile, Designing,



or related fields will be preferred.
- Previous work experience as a Designer will be an added advantage.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest current designs, patterns, and ideas.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide suitable design suggestions.
- Should be active, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, designers, production units, and other teams.
- Passion for fashion and willingness to stay updated with the latest trends.

Position: Designer & Business Support Executive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
