An established management institute is seeking an experienced and result-oriented admissions professional to lead and manage its PGDM admissions operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in PGDM admissions, student recruitment, outreach initiatives, team management and enrolment growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Admissions Management
- Lead and oversee the complete PGDM admissions cycle.
- Ensure effective planning, execution and achievement of enrolment targets.
2. Team Leadership
- Manage, guide and monitor the admissions team.
- Set performance goals and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
3. Outreach & Strategic Partnerships
- Lead outreach initiatives and strategic partnerships to drive PGDM admissions.
4. Performance & Reporting
- Monitor admission-funnel performance.
- Analyse conversion ratios and prepare MIS reports.
- Implement strategies to improve enrolment outcomes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in PGDM / Management Programme Admissions.
- Proven experience in managing admissions operations and achieving enrolment targets.
- Solid understanding of the PGDM admission cycle and student recruitment process.
- Experience in team management, counselling operations and outreach activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and execution abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
