Job Description:QC Executive

Reporting To:QC/QA Manager / GM

Job Summary:Responsible for inspection, testing, analysis, and monitoring of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Brief Job Responsibilities:

1. Test every sample coming to the lab as per the testing slip provided with it and send the slip and sample photo to the lab WhatsApp group.

2. If any parameter is out of the limit, highlight it.

3. Test the sample of outsourced material within maximum 30 minutes of receiving it and give the result.

4. Do not take ETO, pesticide detected material for testing in the lab.

5. Keep all the instruments used in testing calibrated.

6. Use the weighing scales only after verifying them by placing them in a calibrated bowl every morning.

7.



Follow the safety rules while using lab chemicals.

8. Use sensitive instruments like colorimeter, viscosity, etc. with outstanding care.

9. Get the QC manager to sign the daily testing after completing the work every evening.

10. Maintain records for final testing sheet and release memo.

11. Final testing & IPQA testing sheet in computer must be maintained

Candidate Profile:-

Education: - B Sc. (Chemistry) , MSc (Chemistry) preferred.

Experience: - 0 – 2 Years.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
