You will handle datasets across sales, service, and inventory, creating exact dashboards to support management decisions.Key Responsibilities
- Automotive Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports tracking vehicle sales, workshop productivity, and spare parts inventory.
- DMS Data Extraction: Extract and clean raw data from Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM portals.
Requirements
- Experience:
3–4 years of experience strictly within an automobile dealership or OEM setup.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) and DMS software knowledge.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce, IT, or Statistics preferred).
- Performance Tracking: Analyze technician efficiency, service floor utilization, and inquiry conversion rates.
- Data Accuracy: Audit and reconcile physical vehicle/parts inventory against system records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
