Job Summary

The customer is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Absence Management. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the global SuccessFactors landscape.

The role requires strong expertise in core HR processes, organizational management, employee lifecycle events, leave management, and global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Application Support

- Provide L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Absence Management.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Support global HR operations and employee lifecycle transactions.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues.
- Coordinate with integration and technical teams to resolve interface-related issues.

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central and Absence Management solutions.
- Implement process improvements and optimization initiatives.




- Support release management and bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades.

Testing & Documentation

- Prepare functional specifications.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Maintain application and process documentation.

Experience

- Minimum 4 years in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong experience in global HR support environments.
- Experience supporting multi-country deployments.

Preferred Skills

- EC Payroll integration knowledge.
- SAP CPI/BTP integration exposure.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy requirements.
