Sales Officer to expand our market footprint, manage distributor/retailer networks, and drive secondary sales across the assigned territory in Angul.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the allocated geographical area.
- Appoint, manage, and build strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and retail partners.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales associates or field teams to ensure performance metrics are met.
- Maintain regular CRM updates and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales or B2B/general trade experience in FMCG.

Skills: Solid negotiation, communication, and local relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively in the field.





Sales Representative We are hiring a proactive to act as the primary link between our company and potential clients in Angul.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and visit prospective customers, retail stores, or institutional accounts daily.
- Promote company products, share catalogs, and deliver sales presentations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, product features, and delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate records of visits and orders in the company reporting system.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
