Candidates should have experience in preparing:

- Burgers (Veg & Non-Veg)
- Sandwiches
- French Fries & Starters
- Garlic Bread
- Pasta & Other Fast Food Items
- Other Café Snacks and Quick Bites
2. Beverage & Café Specialist
Candidates should be skilled in preparing:
- Cold Coffee & Hot Coffee
- Milkshakes
- Mocktails
- Fresh Fruit Juices
- Mojitos
- Smoothies
- Other Café Special Beverages
3. Chinese Food Chef
Candidates should have experience in preparing:
- Hakka Noodles
- Schezwan Noodles
- Fried Rice
- Manchurian (Dry & Gravy)
- Chinese Starters
- Chinese Soups
- Other Chinese Food Specialties
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages according to café standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ingredient requirements.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and order delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food outlet preferred.
- Practical knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good speed, discipline, and time management.
- Freshers with relevant cooking skills may also apply.
