We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive business growth for our tyre warehousing and logistics operations at Chakan. The role requires strong B2B sales capability, industrial-network knowledge and proven ability to convert leads into business and close commercial deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new B2B business for tyre warehousing, storage and logistics services.
- Identify and approach tyre manufacturers, distributors, dealers, OEMs and other industrial clients.
- Generate leads, negotiate commercials and independently close deals.
- Develop business across major Pune industrial hubs, including Chakan, Talegaon, Bhosari, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Ranjangaon and surrounding industrial areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and logistics companies.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations for suitable warehousing/logistics solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations and negotiate terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline,



follow-ups and regular management reporting.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3–7 years in B2B Business Development / Sales in Logistics, Warehousing, 3PL or Supply Chain.
- Proven experience in deal negotiation and closing is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of Pune's industrial ecosystem and customer network preferred.
- Experience in tyre logistics, automotive logistics, warehousing or 3PL will be an advantage.
- Candidates from reputed logistics/3PL organizations are preferred.
- MBA – Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pune industrial hubs for client meetings.
- Candidates from PCMC / Bhosari / Pimpri-Chinchwad preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
