Job Overview

Dyna Tours India is looking for an experienced Travel & Visa Consultant to join our team in Changanassery.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer travel enquiries, recommending holiday packages, preparing itineraries and quotations, assisting with visa documentation, coordinating flight bookings, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the travel industry, positive destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, including destination, travel dates, number of travellers, duration, and budget.
- Recommend suitable holiday packages, destinations, hotels, and travel services.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle visa enquiries and guide customers regarding required documents and procedures.
- Check visa documents for completeness and coordinate with the visa processing team.
- Handle flight booking enquiries and coordinate with the ticketing team.
- Assist with flight changes, cancellations, rebooking, and other ticketing requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups,



visa applications, and bookings.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the enquiry and booking process.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell flights, hotels, visa services, travel insurance, and other travel products.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, visa consultancy, or related travel business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Studies, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Practical experience in holiday package sales and itinerary planning.
- Working knowledge of visa documentation and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of flight ticketing and airline procedures.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
