We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates for the position of Counsellor. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers/students, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate guidance, and assisting them throughout the counselling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with students/customers over calls and in person.
- Understand their requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Explain available courses, programs, and services.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain records.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily follow-up reports and achieve assigned targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
