Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Hire technical professionals across technologies such as Java, DevOps, Cloud, Networking, and related domains.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary packages, manage offer rollouts, and follow up with selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of IT recruitment and technical sourcing.
- Experience with job portals, Boolean search, and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
