Technova Global is building an AI dubbing studio in Hyderabad. We dub films and series into new languages using ComposerX, our in-house AI dubbing tool. Full training on ComposerX is given.

About the role

The Admin is the control room of our AI dubbing pipeline. Every film passes through your hands first: you bring the client's files in, set up the projects, split and assign the work, and keep the whole team moving towards the delivery date. You don't need audio skills – the job is about being organised, accurate and dependable, so the adapters and QC can do their best work.

Languages: Hindi is a must. Knowing Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus and gets preference, but is not required.

What you will do

- Receive source files from the client; check file names, language and episode details before anything starts
- Place files in the watch folder / upload them and confirm they came in clean
- Create projects in the tool, set them up and split them into parts
- Assign parts to adapters and QC; track status and re-assign when someone is stuck or away
- Follow up on pending work; flag stuck jobs or tool issues to the support contact
- Keep the project tracker current and send a short daily status to management




- Hand over finished exports to the delivery point and keep folders tidy and traceable

You need

- Valuable spoken and written Hindi (must); working English
- Malay, Syrian Arabic, Marathi or Bahasa Indonesia – preferred, not mandatory
- An organised, process-driven mind and care with file names and details (one wrong file costs a day)
- Comfort with Windows, Excel / Google Sheets and email
- Clear, friendly communication with the team and the habit of finishing checklists
- Freshers welcome

Who fits: production coordinators and assistants, back-office / MIS executives, operations and data-entry staff, media or BPO process executives, fresh graduates with good computer skills.

Selection process

- Apply with your CV (CV is a must)
- Shortlisted candidates get a telephonic interview
- Final round: an in-person practical test (about 30 minutes) at our Hyderabad office – name and place a small set of files correctly, set up a project and assign parts as per a project sheet

Location: Hyderabad – work from office only. Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
