Role Summary

The Technical Assistant will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, documenting, and preparing products and project systems for delivery.

The person will work closely with the engineering, production, and project teams to complete electronic and mechanical assemblies according to drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, checklists, and technical instructions.

Key Responsibilities

●​ Assemble Nucleolenz products, electronic instruments, control panels, enclosures,

sensor modules, and project systems.

●​ Perform mechanical assembly, component mounting, drilling, cutting, fastening, and

enclosure preparation.

●​ Carry out cable preparation, crimping, soldering, connector termination, ferruling, and

wiring.

●​ Assemble printed circuit boards, modules, displays,



power supplies, sensors, switches,

connectors, and other electronic components.

●​ Verify component values, part numbers, polarity, connector orientation, and wiring before

powering the system.

●​ Identify and report missing components, defective parts, wiring errors, mechanical

mismatches, and assembly-related design issues.

●​ Rework or replace components and wiring based on engineering instructions.

●​ Maintain assembly records, test checklists, serial-number records, and product

documentation.

●​ Support product packing, dispatch preparation, site installation, and field service

activities when required.

●​ Coordinate with stores and procurement teams regarding component shortages and

material requirements.

Required Skills

●​ Basic understanding of electronic components, electrical wiring, connectors, and

mechanical assemblies.

●​ Ability to read wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical instructions.

●​ Good soldering, crimping, cable preparation, and hand-tool skills.

●​ Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.

●​ Good time management and ability to complete work according to project schedules.

●​ Basic computer knowledge for entering test results and maintaining records.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
