Remnow Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our team in Madurai. The candidate will support lead generation in LinkedIn and other platforms like fiver, Upwork etc, customer outreach, sales and marketing activities, and business development initiatives to promote the company's software products and IT services.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in marketing, sales, client communication, and business development in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate business leads through online research, databases, and other sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's software products and IT services.
- Explain the company's offerings, including software solutions, website development, application development, and digital marketing services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales pipeline management.
- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions for the sales team.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and follow-up activities using CRM software or Excel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
- Track daily activities, lead progress, and customer responses.




- Work towards achieving assigned calling, lead generation, and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good verbal communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development.
- Positive research, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to convince customers and explain products clearly.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Eligibility Criteria
