Job Description

AutoStarke Energy is looking for a responsible and experienced Service Floor In-Charge to manage daily workshop operations for Ather electric scooters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily workshop operations and allocate jobs to technicians.
- Monitor repair progress, technician productivity, and vehicle turnaround time.
- Ensure quality repairs, proper diagnostics, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with service advisors and spare parts teams.
- Monitor pending jobs, repeat repairs, and customer complaints.
- Ensure proper job card documentation and adherence to Ather service standards.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, discipline, and EV safety procedures.

Requirements:





- ITI or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in two-wheeler service operations; EV experience is an advantage.
- Good team management, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workshop productivity and service quality.

Job Type: Full-time
