- repare plumbing layouts, water supply, drainage and sewerage system drawings.
- Design and coordinate plumbing systems for residential, commercial, institutional and government building projects.
- Prepare plumbing drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical teams.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity estimations, technical specifications and cost estimates.
- Work with CPHEEO guidelines, NBC standards and relevant plumbing codes.
- Review drawings, identify site-level issues and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site engineers.
- Conduct site visits to monitor plumbing installation and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Check water supply, drainage,
rainwater harvesting and wastewater management systems.
- Assist in tender documentation, technical submissions and project documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in plumbing design and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and plumbing drawing preparation.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Understanding of water supply, drainage, sewerage and rainwater harvesting systems.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
