Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, banking activities, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts:

- Manage debtors, creditors, payment recovery, and reconciliations.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and voucher entries (Sales, Purchase & Bank).
- Manage accounts payable, supplier payments, and payment records.
- Maintain sales and purchase registers, ledgers, and invoices.
- Prepare monthly stock statements and MIS reports.
- Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation.
- Manage vendor registration, credit/debit notes, and customer credit checks.
- Assist in balance sheet preparation and finalization of accounts.
- Handle banking activities, including CC renewal, stock statements,



and loan-related matters.
- Maintain salary, wages, and commission records.

Taxation & Compliance:

- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax calculations, payments, and return filing.
- Prepare Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Handle GST audits, tax audits, and assessment-related documentation.
- Manage income tax and sales tax-related matters.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and accounts finalization.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage accounting and taxation activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
