Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, highly energetic Content Creator to bring our brand to life across digital and social channels. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and publishing short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), eye-catching graphics, and engaging visual posts.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Editing: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and video ads).
- Visual & Graphic Design: Design visually compelling graphic assets, carousel posts, banners, and promotional templates for social media channels.
- Content Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm fresh, on-trend content ideas aligned with brand messaging, campaign goals, and audience interests.
- Copywriting: Draft engaging captions, video scripts, hooks, and call-to-actions tailored to each platform's unique tone.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, viral audio, platform updates, and content creator best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor basic content analytics (views, engagement, reach, and click-through rates)

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience creating digital content for a brand, agency, or high-growth channel.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Video Editing: Strong hands-on experience with mobile and desktop editors (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Camera & Lighting: Comfortable shooting quality footage on smartphones and mirrorless/DSLR cameras with basic lighting and audio setups.
- Key Skills:
- Strong storytelling ability with an eye for visual framing, pacing, and hooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple content calendars.

Bonus Points

- Experience with AI creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs).
- Comfortable appearing on camera as a host, presenter, or brand face.
- Basic understanding of SEO keywords and social algorithm dynamics.
