Job Overview
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate calling records and lead details in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Support business development and customer engagement activities.
Required Skills
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate Preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support is an advantage.
