StrainX Bioworks is a growing company in the nutraceutical manufacturing industry, operating under the legal entity SarvATGC Technologies Private Limited. Our manufacturing plant is located at Tamot, near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, with our R&D; centre in Bengaluru and head office in Bhopal.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our Stores department at the manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for store operations, inventory management, material receipt and issuance, documentation, bill management, and MIS reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Stores department.
- Handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Receipt Notes (MRN), and related documentation.
- Receive purchased materials and verify quantities against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and MIS sheets.
- Manage material issuance against approved requests and maintain proper records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase department for timely replenishment.
- Verify bills, invoices,



and supporting documents and coordinate with Accounts and Purchase for processing.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labelling, and traceability of materials.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on stock balances, receipts, issues, and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, documentation, and compliance with applicable company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in a relevant discipline; a qualification in Materials or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in stores, inventory, or material management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of GRN, MRN, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and bill management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Solid organizational, coordination, and team management skills.

Compensation

A competitive salary package will be offered based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
