- Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform machine setting, tool changing and basic programming adjustments.
- Ensure proper machining dimensions and product quality.
- Monitor machine operations and maintain production targets.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain 5S at the workplace.
Required Skills:
- Practical knowledge of CNC / VMC machine operations.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tools and cutting parameters.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
