Job Overview:
As an Educational Loan Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the loan process to fund their international master's studies. You will engage with students over the phone and other communication channels, understand their educational goals, and assist them in securing Prodigy Finance loans. Your expertise in international education finance and commitment to student success will ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and online platforms to understand their academic and financial aspirations.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on Prodigy Finance’s loan options, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Assist students throughout the loan application journey, from initial inquiry to final approval, ensuring they meet all required documentation and deadlines.
- Offer personalized support to each student, addressing concerns and providing accurate information on loan terms, repayment options, and related financial matters.
- Build solid relationships with educational consultants and other partners to facilitate seamless referrals and collaborations.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application progress, and relevant communications using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on global education trends, financial products, and relevant regulatory changes to provide the most current information to students.




- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to improve the student experience.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets related to student engagement, loan applications, and successful loan disbursement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, education, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in educational consulting, financial services preferably in international education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. The student audience is from India and Africa primarily.
- Knowledge of student loan processes, particularly for international education, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Fluency in English is required.

Work Timings

- 6 days a week / Sunday Off

- Work timings : Afternoon Shifts

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
