We’re Hiring: Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer

Brandify Education | Remote | Part-Time

Brandify Education is looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to conduct live online group training for working professionals preparing for international BPO and customer support roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Train learners in pronunciation, phonetics, word stress, intonation, speech clarity and fluency.
- Conduct practical speaking exercises, mock interviews and international customer-call role-plays.
- Provide constructive individual feedback and monitor learners’ progress.
- Deliver engaging, interactive online sessions tailored to working professionals.

Requirements

- Experience in international BPO/voice processes, preferably US or UK customer support.
- Prior experience in Voice & Accent training or professional communication coaching.
- Excellent spoken English, communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to manage online group batches and engage adult learners effectively.
- A professional teaching setup: laptop/desktop, stable high-speed internet, good-quality headset/microphone, webcam and a quiet environment.




- Reliable availability for evening sessions between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM IST.

Engagement & Compensation

- Freelance, part time and fully online.
- ₹500–₹700 per teaching hour, depending on experience, expertise and demo performance.
- Final remuneration will be mutually agreed upon after the interview and demo session.
- Training will be delivered in scheduled group batches.
