Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Café Manager with a strong coffee background to manage daily café operations, lead the team, maintain service quality, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Candidates must have hands-on experience in coffee preparation, café operations, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Oversee coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and beverage quality.
- Ensure hands-on knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and coffee-making techniques.
- Supervise, train, and manage café staff, including baristas and team members.
- Maintain customer service standards and handle customer feedback or complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage, and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor sales, daily reports, cash handling,



and outlet performance.
- Coordinate with the central team for inventory, supplies, and operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café operations or a similar role.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a coffee-focused café or coffee/QSR brand.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages, and café equipment.
- Previous experience in team handling and daily outlet operations.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from established coffee chains, specialty cafés, or coffee-focused QSR brands with hands-on barista experience and managerial exposure will be preferred.
