2. Multi-Disciplinary Legal & Regulatory Advisory:

- Proven track record of delivering pragmatic legal counsel within a corporate setup across employment regulations, commercial procurement contracts, real estate transactions, and environmental compliance frameworks.
- Practical capability in identifying corporate legal exposures, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and designing proactive mitigation strategies.

3. Strategic Business Partnering & Advisory:





- Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions that support operational growth while protecting organizational interests.
