We are looking for an experienced Manager – DGFT & Foreign Trade Compliance to manage end-to-end DGFT operations, EXIM compliance and export incentive schemes for an established pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing exports, DGFT regulations, customs procedures and foreign trade policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Advance Authorisation, EPCG and RoDTEP applications, redemptions and closures.
- Handle EODC, export obligation tracking, redemption letters and bond cancellations.
- Manage DGFT portal, ICEGATE and customs-related compliance.
- Coordinate with DGFT, Customs, Port Authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Handle SION / ad-hoc norms fixation for APIs and finished formulations.
- Oversee import-export documentation, shipping bills, Bills of Entry and e-BRC reconciliation.
- Manage DGFT audits, deficiency letters, show-cause notices and regulatory queries.




- Maintain compliance records, MIS reports and duty-saving statements.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain and Custom House Agents.

Candidate Requirements

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in DGFT, EXIM and Foreign Trade Compliance.
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical / lifesciences manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on expertise in Advance Authorisation, EPCG, EODC and RoDTEP.
- Excellent knowledge of DGFT, ICEGATE, Customs and Foreign Trade Policy.
- Experience handling large-scale import-export operations.
- Knowledge of API, KSM and finished dosage formulation documentation.
- Proficiency in SAP / ERP and MS Excel.
- Strong regulatory liaison and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Location: Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Baddi.

Compensation: ₹10–12 LPA, depending on experience.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per month
