Job Summary:

Medpark Healthcare is looking for a qualified and responsible Senior Pharmacist/ Pharmacy Incharge to manage daily pharmacy operations, ensure accurate dispensing of medications, maintain inventory, and uphold high standards of patient safety and service. The pharmacist will work closely with doctors, nurses, and patients to provide timely and compliant pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure smooth functioning across all shifts.
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff, including duty rosters and work allocation.
- Ensure proper dispensing of medicines as per doctors' prescriptions.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, expiry monitoring and physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with purchase and vendors for timely procurement of medicines and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage of medicines,



including temperature-sensitive and high-alert drugs.
- Maintain pharmacy records, registers, billing and stock documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable drug regulations, pharmacy SOPs and NABH standards.
- Monitor pharmacy billing, consumption, wastage and inventory costs.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing and administration departments.
- Train and guide pharmacy staff on medication safety and dispensing procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly pharmacy reports to management.
