Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and result-oriented Plant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV 2-wheeler manufacturing plant in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, assembly operations, quality control, manpower management, inventory coordination, and timely achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the Patna manufacturing plant.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Supervise EV 2-wheeler assembly, manufacturing processes, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage plant workers, technicians, supervisors, and other operational staff.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor raw material availability, inventory, material consumption, and wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and other resources.
- Maintain production reports, daily MIS, and plant performance records.
- Implement workplace safety practices, 5S, and process improvement initiatives.




- Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and rejection.
- Ensure compliance with applicable factory regulations and company policies.
- Report production performance, operational challenges, and requirements to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
- Experience in EV, automobile, automotive components, or assembly-line manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, inventory management, and manpower handling.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and production reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in EV 2-wheeler assembly or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Practical, hands-on approach to troubleshooting and team management.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
