About the Role: Are you a driven sales skilled or a confident fresher looking to build a highly lucrative career in real estate? Feet Square Realtors is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to convert warm leads into site visits and successful property bookings. We provide the leads; you drive the closures and take home uncapped incentives!

What You Will Do:

- Lead Management: Promptly call and qualify inbound leads generated via Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and property portals.
- Site Visits: Schedule and accompany clients on project site visits across Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad. Present floor plans, amenities, and location benefits.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate offers, assist clients with booking forms, KYC, and payment plans, and push qualified buyers toward closing.
- Pipeline Tracking: Update all calls, visits, and lead statuses daily in our CRM/Google Sheets.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: 0–3 years in real estate, field sales, banking, or insurance.



(Freshers with stellar communication skills are highly encouraged to apply!)
- Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive spoken English and Hindi.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (12th pass with relevant sales experience will be considered).
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily for client site visits. Must own a smartphone.

Compensation & Perks:

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 net in-hand per month.
- High Booking Incentives: Earn ₹21,000 to ₹1,00,000 per booking.
- Site Visit Bonus: Earn ₹1,000 per site visit (applicable from your 8th completed visit in a calendar month).
- Growth Path: Fast-track promotion to Senior Sales Executive or Team Leader based on performance.
- Training: Comprehensive project, product, and sales training provided.

Schedule:

- 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Late arrival/early departure buffer of 30 mins).
- 6 days a week (Weekly off falls on a weekday; weekends are mandatory for peak site visits).
