About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents in choosing the right academic programs and to successfully convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel students and parents on courses, career pathways, and admission procedures

* Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed admissions

*Explain fee structures, scholarships, and eligibility criteria clearly

* Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets

* Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments

Key Skills Required:

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi





* Convincing Ability: Ability to present programs effectively and address concerns with confidence

* Negotiation: Skilled in handling objections and closing admissions professionally

* Persuasion: Strong ability to influence decisions and motivate prospects to enrol

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline

* 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
