JRM Nursing College, Rewari, is looking for a dedicated and qualified Nursing Tutor to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting classroom teaching, clinical training, student supervision, and academic activities for nursing students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom teaching and tutorial sessions for B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students.
- Assist faculty members in planning and delivering academic lessons.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and practical training.
- Demonstrate nursing procedures and ensure students develop appropriate clinical skills.
- Guide and evaluate students during clinical and practical activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, demonstrations, and other teaching materials.
- Maintain students' academic, clinical, attendance, and performance records.
- Participate in internal assessments, examinations, practical examinations, and other academic activities.




- Ensure compliance with the academic and clinical standards prescribed by the relevant nursing regulatory authorities.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards among students.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, health education programs, community activities, and other college events.
- Coordinate with senior faculty and college administration regarding academic and student-related matters.

Eligibility

- B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council / applicable nursing regulatory authority.
- Candidates with relevant teaching or clinical experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with good academic credentials may also be considered
