Job Overview

IMB Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and target-oriented B2B Sales Executives to join its inside sales team in Noida. The ideal candidates should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in business-to-business sales, and the ability to convert leads into paying customers.

Freshers may be considered if eligible and approved by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert B2B leads into business opportunities.
- Pitch SaaS products, digital marketing services, and B2B business packages to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to drive sales closures.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with business clients.
- Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, lead details, and follow-up updates.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle prospective clients professionally.
- Target-driven attitude with a focus on sales conversion.
- Good follow-up, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 65, Noida.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- SaaS Sales
- Digital Marketing Sales
- B2B Product or Package Sales
- Inside Sales and Business Development

Experience in QR code sales, loan sales, credit card sales, and insurance sales is not preferred.

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers, if eligible: ₹20,000 per month in-hand.
- Experienced candidates: ₹25,000 per month in-hand.
- Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 per month.

Salary will depend on experience and eligibility.
