We are looking for a confident, motivated, and result-oriented Calling Executive to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert incoming leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through online advertising and other marketing channels.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Explain our services, including:
- Website Development (Business Websites and E-commerce Websites)
- Custom Software and Web Application Development
- AI Solutions and AI Agents for Businesses
- Digital Marketing and Online Branding
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and project timeline.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and the technical or sales team.
- Maintain lead details, call records, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM.
- Work toward monthly lead conversion and sales targets.

Salary Structure

Total Monthly Earnings: Up to ₹10,000

- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
- Performance-Based Incentives:



Up to ₹5,000 per month, based on lead conversion and achievement of targets.

Performance criteria and incentive calculations will be explained during the interview.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and potential clients.
- Basic understanding of websites, software development, AI services, and digital marketing.
- Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
- Good follow-up, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
