THUSHARA MULTISTATE AGRO AND MARKETING COOPERATIVE SOCIETY is a growing Multistate Cooperative Society working in Agro Products, Marketing, and Financial Services. We are expanding our operations across Kerala and looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Role: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Key Responsibilities:
Business development and promotion of company products and services (Agro products, Deposits, Loans, Membership).
Field visit and meeting new customers, farmers, and SHG groups.
Achieve monthly business targets for deposit collection and product sales.
Explain society schemes, advantages, and cooperative products to customers.
Customer enrollment - New membership and account opening.
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and ensure customer service.
Daily reporting to Branch Manager / Development Manager.
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.




Collection and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Qualification: Plus Two / Degree / Any Graduate. Freshers can also apply.
Age: 21 to 35 years.
Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
Must have a Two-Wheeler with valid Driving License.
Willing to do field work.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and honest.
Local candidates will be given preference.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Smartphone handling.
