Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Cum Sales Executive with experience in interior design and sales. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, presenting proposals, generating business opportunities, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and project specifications.
- Prepare and present interior design concepts, layouts, and proposals.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare 2D layouts and 3D visualizations.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and project execution processes to clients.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
- Coordinate with production and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in interior design and sales.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other interior design software is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of furniture, materials, finishes, and interior execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Customer-focused approach with good follow-up and conversion skills.

Job Details
