- Experience in designing and implementing customer engagement and personalization solutions
- Ability to provide architecture guidance and best practices for CDH implementations
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

- Lead the architecture and design of Pega CDH solutions.
- Define and implement customer decisioning strategies and personalization frameworks.




- Design scalable Next-Best-Action and customer engagement solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for CDH implementations.
- Support delivery teams in resolving complex design and architecture challenges.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in large-scale Pega CDH implementations.
- Exposure to customer analytics, marketing decisioning, and customer journey orchestration.
- Strong problem-solving and consulting skills.
