Job Summary

Manage end-to-end execution of semiconductor equipment installation and startup projects across Global customers

Key Responsibilities

- Lead installation, hook-up, startup and qualification programs.
- Manage FSEs, Sr. FSEs and subcontractors.
- Drive project schedules, risks and customer communication.
- Coordinate with facilities, construction and process teams.
- Lead executive reviews and escalations.

Ensure protected and successful handover to operations

Skill Requirements

- Semiconductor equipment installation and commissioning
- Vacuum, RF, robotics and wafer handling systems
- Customer-facing communication skills
- Cleanroom and EHS compliance
- Problem solving and technical troubleshooting
